Common topics

Weather page shows "unavailable" — the app requests your approximate location the first time you open a Teletext weather page; if you denied it, weather stays unavailable but the rest of the app works normally. Check Settings on your device to grant location access if you'd like weather back.
NDI purchase issues — if you've already bought NDI on this Apple ID, use Settings → Restore Purchase in the app rather than buying again.
Streams (FTP/HLS/RTSP) won't play — confirm the source is reachable from the same network as your device, and that the URL includes the correct scheme (e.g. ftp://).
